"On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink" -Gretchen Weiner

Join us for the ultimate gals night out on Wednesday, February 19th, from 5 PM – 8 PM. Enjoy a handcrafted welcome cocktail spritzer, followed by a 3-course prix fixe dinner service. Get creative at our DIY flower bar, where you can craft your own beautiful bouquet in a vase. Last but not least it wouldn't be a Galentine's Dinner without Mean Girls playing!

First Course

Homemade Ricotta - roasted garlic, chile flake, pickled grapes, scallion, toasted hazelnuts, olive oil, wethersfield honey, grilled baguette

Shaved Brussels Salad  - shaved brussels, port poached pears, toasted hazelnuts, roasted butternut squash, yuzu port vinaigrette, manchego cheese

Shrimp Cocktail - poached jumbo shrimp, horseradish cocktail sauce

Mini Charcuterie Board 

Beets n' Brie - roasted red and yellow beets, candied cashews, brie mousse, cara cara orange, pickled onion, frisée, shallot vinaigrette, house rye croutons

Second Course

Winter Squash Pasta - kabocha squash, delicata squash, cured tomatoes, cavatelli, kale pesto, toasted pepitas, pomegranate, stracciatella

Pekin Duck - 5 spice cured duck, potatoes pave, honey cherry reduction, melange of petit pois

Skate Guajillo - skate a la plancha, saffron rice, mole verde, sauce guajillo, cilantro oil, crema limon

Roasted Salmon - miso glazed, grilled bok choy, crispy rice gateau, fennel salad, calamansi vinaigrette

Organic Chicken - potatoes pave, broccolini, butter poached crab, sauce bearnaise
