How We're Handling COVID-19

To our guests,

First things first, thank you for your continued support during these very strange and ever-evolving times. We are in the hospitality business and no matter what comes our way we always aim to serve safe, high-quality delicious food and drinks in a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment. We opened our doors taking the CDC + WHO’s safety precautions into place. Since day 1 of The Charles, our team has been ready. Again, we appreciate your business and want to take this opportunity to let you know what we’re doing to keep both our team and our guests safe:

 

  • Closely monitoring advice from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization

  • UV filtration has been added to the air ducts to sanitize the air before it get filtered back into the restaurant

  • Keeping our employees up-to-date on any changes that we make as the CT regulations change

  • CLEANING! We clean everything. From the table you’re eating on and the seat you’re sitting on to the floor.

  • High touch surfaces are disinfected multiple times throughout the day

  • Hand sanitizer is located by all doors and throughout the restaurant

  • Implementing increased sanitation and hand-washing procedures for all employees.

  • State-of-the-art air purifiers located in the dining rooms

 

We’ve also got a few different dining options for our guests:

  • Dine in at The Charles, open at 11:30am, Tuesday – Sunday

  • Online Ordering – order online, park out front, grab your meal inside + enjoy at home
